NBR butyl rubber (butadiene rubber nitrile)

The disadvantage is that low temperature tolerance, poor resistance to ozone, poor electrical performance, low elasticity.

Nitrile rubber has excellent oil resistance its oil resistance after polysulfide rubber and fluorine rubber, and with the wear resistance and air tightness. Ding Qing rubber drawback is not resistant to ozone and aromatic, halogenated hydrocarbon, ketone and ester solvents, insulation materials do not.

Main use
Nitrile rubber is mainly used for production of oil products, such as the oil pipe, tape, rubber diaphragm and large oil sac, etc., used in the production of various types of oil resistant molded products, such as O-ring, oil seal, a leather cup, diaphragm, valve, bellow, and can also be used to make blankets and wear parts.

EPDM three EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer)

VITON fluorine rubber (FKM)
Molecules containing fluorine rubber, according to fluoride content in the monomer structure and various types; hexafluoride fluorine rubber resistant high temperature is better than that of silicone rubber, chemical resistance, resistance to most of the oil and solvent (with the exception of the ketones, esters), weather resistance, ozone resistance are good, but cold resistance is poor, has been widely used for cars and motorcycles, and second-class goods, chemical plant in the seal, the use temperature range of - 20 DEG C to 260 DEG C, chilling requirements using a resistant to low temperature can be used to apply to - 40 DEG C, but the price is higher.
